Following Section L Structure

Section L tells you how to organize your response. If it prescribes a specific outline (Volume I: Technical Approach, Volume II: Past Performance, Volume III: Cost/Price), follow it exactly. What Each Review Catches

Verify that every requirement marked "compliant" in the matrix is actually addressed in the cited proposal section.
